Privacy Policy

Steadwell is a pre-launch brand. This site does one thing: it shows a product that is not in production yet and lets you leave an email address so we can tell you when it ships. This page explains what happens to that address.

What we collect

Your email address, only if you type it into the waiting list form and submit it. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is required. We do not ask for your name, your postal address, your phone number or any payment information, and there is nowhere on this site to enter them.

Along with the address, our form records which version of the page you saw (we show two prices to different visitors while we decide on one) and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign tags in the link you clicked. That is so we know which advertisement brought which sign-ups. It does not identify you beyond the address you typed.

What we do with it

We write to you when we have a shipping date and a confirmed price, and we apply the discount we promised on this site. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell email addresses, we do not rent them, and we do not pass them to anyone except the service that stores them for us.

If the product does not go into production, we will write to you once to tell you that, and then delete the list.

Who else touches your data

• Web3Forms receives the form submission and forwards it to our inbox. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and logs standard request data such as IP address and browser, the way every web server does.
• Meta and TikTok may place a cookie through their advertising pixel if you arrived from one of their platforms, so that we can count how many people who saw an advertisement reached this page. Their own privacy policies govern that cookie.

Cookies

This site stores one value in your browser to remember which price version you were shown, so the page does not change on you if you come back. It is not used to identify you and it never leaves your browser. Beyond that, the only cookies are the advertising pixels named above, and they only load if we have a campaign running.

Getting your data removed

Write to ecom@connectoconsulting.com and ask us to remove your address. We will do it and confirm, and we will not ask you why. Every email we send also carries an unsubscribe link, which does the same thing.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes before the product ships, the new version replaces this one on this page and the date below changes with it.
